The Alabama Suppliers I.Q. program provides quality training classes for existing and potential auto suppliers in Region 2 at no cost. Taught by the experts at the Alabama Technology Network, these classes are made possible by a grant from the Governor’s Office of Workforce Development. The classes are designed for companies interested in becoming automotive suppliers, as well as those currently supplying the industry but need additional quality training.

 

Classes Offered Include:

 

  • March 23: Executive Overview of TS 16949     
  • March 24: Problem Solving/Root Cause Analysis     
  • April 27: Introduction to Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
       & Introduction to Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
  • April 28: Introduction to Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA)     
  • June 1 & 2: Introduction to Statistical Process Controls (SPC)     
  • July 6 & 7: Introduction to Measurement System Analysis (MSA)     
  • August 16-18: Introduction to Design of Experiments
